30 Mins Cook Time, Four Servings
These tapioca pearls with crunchy peanuts make a wholesome and flavoursome fasting food. It is easy to prepare and is a fulfilling treat.
1 large boiled Potato
¼ cup of Peanuts ( roasted till browned and crisp)
Rock Salt for taste
2 tablespoons of Buckwheat Flour (Kuttu Ka Atta)
½ cup Sabudana - soaked overnight or for 4- 5 hours ( Tapioca Pearls)
1 Green Chilli finely chopped
¾ teaspoon of Cumin seeds
1 teaspoon of Sugar

Step By Step Method
Step 1 Chop the boiled potatoes and crush the roasted peanuts coarsely in a mortar and pestle.
Step 2 Take a large mixing bowl. Take the drained Sabudana in it, add the chopped green chilli, salt and sugar to it.
Step 3 Now add the potatoes and roasted peanuts to it.
Step 4 Add the buckwheat flour and cumin seeds to it.
Step 5 Now mix them up well and make small equal sized balls out of it.
Step 6 Heat oil in a Kadai and fry these balls till golden brown and crisp.
Step 7 Drain them on kitchen paper towels to remove the excess oil. Serve them with green chutney.
